So you are starting a new year with LOTS of goals in mind...where do you start? First, let's be mindful! Do not over-process and do not plan TOO much. Find your A race and work around it. Too much and too many does not make you a better athlete. Try to focus on a race that you can strategize for and realistically attain. Make THAT race the best race you will do this season, and find other races to support it. RACE and TRAIN smart!!
